Krishnawari Pant, M.D.

Director of Pediatrics

Dr. Pant joined SBCHC as the Director of Pediatrics in June 2017. This is an exciting time for her to join SBCHC because SBCHC is expanding with new realms to reach. The goal for her as a physician leader is to give a new direction to the department. Dr. Pant aims to strive for optimal pediatric health care in our community. The goal for her department is that every parent leave the clinics more educated about the health of their children. She is here to team up with you to support your child's physical and mental health and to help them grow into healthy and successful adults. She highly encourages communication with your physician to help build up the medical home for your child and your family. Dr. Pant and her team is ready to take up the challenge of an upcoming school health plan at Cyfair.p>

Christina Reed, NP

Women's Health

Christina Reed joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2014, specifically as the primary obstetric provider at the Hillendahl clinic. Christina is a native Texan with degrees in Neurobiology & Nursing, a dual Masters in Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult Nurse Practitioner. Her compassion and motivation ensure that all her patients are provided quality care at Spring branch community health center for the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.

Jannah Alaoui, CNM

Women's Health

Jannah Alaoui, joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2015, specifically at our Pitner clinic. Jannah has been working with women and families for over 15 years. Her experience includes being a first doula, RN, and Certified Nurse Midwife. She is passionate about serving the underserved, by creating peace, assistance, and equality where possible. Jannah hopes to improve the health of the community by providing excellent care to the mothers and families she serves on a daily basis.

Ebony Walker, NP

Women's Health

Ebony Walker joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2014, specifically at the West Houston clinic. Ebony is a Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She started her career as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. She’s had various experiences in fields such as Pediatric Psychiatry, Public Health, and Maternal-Child Public Health Nursing. In 2011, Ms. Walker continued her education and received her Master’s Degree in Nursing with the emphasis in Women’s Health. Her dedication and compassion embody providing quality health care to women of all ethnicities, in spite of their social, economic status.

David Krusleski, MD, FAAFP

Director of Family Medicine

Dr. David Krusleski, a graduate from University of Texas Medical School at Houston, completed his residency at Southwest Memorial Hospital, and his Fellow at University of Texas Medical School. He has been in practice since 1994, and is board certified.

Vicki Miller, MD

Family Medicine

Dr. Miller joined SBCHC in 2016, she is board certified in Family Medicine and has been in clinical practice for more than 18 years. Preventative health is of particular importance to Dr. Miller. In addition to her degree in medicine, she returned to school for a Master’s in Public Health in Disease Control/Epidemiology. With this additional degree, she has done research in clinical medicine with a focus on Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and elevated cholesterol.

Krystal Kimiagaree, PA

Family Medicine

Krystal Kimiagaree joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2014, specifically at the Hillendahl clinic as a Certified Physician Assistant. Born and raised in the Houston, TX, she has always been committed to giving back to her community as a bilingual provider (English/Spanish). Krystal chose to become a Family Medicine Physician Assistant so that she could further develop her clinical skills as an educator providing thorough education to all under her care. Krystal is focused on providing the best care possible for her patients from all economic and social backgrounds.

Patrick Fitzwater, PA

Family Medicine

Patrick Fitzwater joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2011, specifically at the Pitner clinic. Patrick was raised in Florida. He joined the U.S. Army and served four years as an independent duty medic. He used the G.I. Bill to attend the University of Florida's Physician Assistant Program in 1988. He returned to active duty and was Honorably Discharged after 24 years of active duty. Patrick has a passion for serving those in need.

Arbelia Roman, PA

Family Medicine

Arbelia Roman joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in December of 2014, specifically at the West Houston clinic. She received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She is a certified Bilingual educator (English/Spanish) with a focus in the early primary grades through 5th grade. Arbelia embodies a strong commitment and aspiration towards equal health access to the various populations of Houston, Katy and surrounding areas. She looks forward to using her experience to better serve and fulfill the needs of the community.

Jennifer Fischer, PA

Family Medicine

Jennifer Fischer, a native Houstonian, holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Houston and her Physician Assistant degree from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. She speaks Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. After residing in China 15 years, she and her family returned to Spring Branch, close to the area where she grew up. She is passionate about working cross-culturally, providing health care to the diverse population of Houston.

Meghan Thomeer, DO

Pediatric Medicine

Meghan Thomeer joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2014, specifically at the Pitner clinic. Meghan chose a specialty in Pediatrics because she can work with the entire family and serve as a counselor to her patients while caring for their medical needs. Meghan shares a great love and passion for her pediatric patients, "kids are a lot more fun”. Her personal philosophy as a medical professional and person is to do what she can to help other people. Meghan’s passion for helping others allows her to put herself in other people’s situations to get a better understanding of who they are, what they’re going through and how she can help.

Tiffiny Williamson, NP-C

Pediatric Medicine

Tiffiny Williamson, joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2014, specifically at the Hillendahl Clinic as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (NP-C). Tiffiny has been working in the medical field for over 14 years. She has worked in several hospitals caring for people in several different areas and has trained in Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and Adult Acute & Chronic Care. Tiffiny has a great desire to provide the best care for her patients and to promote positive patient outcomes.

Demori Driver, PA-C, MPH. LMSW

Pediatric Medicine

Demori Driver joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2016. A long-time resident of the Spring Branch community, she was a teacher in Chile and El Paso before obtaining dual Master's degrees in Social Work and Public Health. After nearly a decade working with children. youth, and families in health, mental health, and education organizations, she became a Physician Assistant. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is deeply committed to increasing healthcare access for those in need, working with the underserved, and improving the overall health of the community.

Marita Obenza, MD, FAAP

Pediatric Medicine

After completing her Pediatric Residency at the University of Illinois, Chicago and her fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at the University of Texas, Houston, Dr. Obenza opted to practice as a general pediatrician. She has been in practice since 2002. She is board certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She believes that her role as a general pediatrician is not only to tend to childhood illnesses but to educate families about health issues and advocate for the prevention of health problems. Her other role as wife and working mother also helped her gain a better understanding of the needs of parents and families. "I think the best part of pediatrics is when children come back and you see them playing around and just being kids and somehow maybe something you did contribute to making that happen.”

Victoria Necroto, LPC

Behavioral Health

Victoria Necroto joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2016. Victoria is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and splits her time between the Hillendahl and West Houston clinics. Victoria received her Bachelors degree in elementary education from Saint Mary’s College and a Master’s degree from Loyola University Maryland. Before moving back to Houston, she previously worked with adolescents and families in an intensive outpatient unit at Johns Hopkins Hospital, in Baltimore. Victoria is excited about returning to her home town and looks forward to continuing to serve the community.

Luis F. Martinez, LPC-I

Behavioral Health

Luis F Martinez is a bilingual therapist who has been working in the Houston area for more than 10 years in different settings. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston Downtown, where he graduated with honors and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston Clear Lake. He uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help adults, couples and children learn to be more psychologically flexible. His favorite question to ask is, "Would you rather be Happy or be Right?” On his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies and playing soccer.

Diana Kurtz, LPC

Behavioral Health

Diana Kurtz joined SBCHC in 2016, Diana is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Psychotherapist. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. She received her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She has worked with children and families with behavioral problems as well as abused and neglected children. In her free time, Diana has enjoyed volunteering as a guardian a litem for Child Advocates inc., serving in various outreach programs, and spending time with her family.
