Spring Branch Community Health Center in partnership with the Simón Bolívar Foundation are offering no-cost health services for women. Qualified women will receive the following services at no cost:
  • Physical Exams
  • Well Woman Exams + includes laboratory services
  • Screening for Public Assistance Programs
  • Healthcare and Nutrition Programs
  • Case Management Services / Mental Health Services
