Our Supporters
SBCHC is one of the fastest-growing community health centers in Houston, having been designated an FQHC in September of 2005. Since opening its door in 2004, to the Spring Branch residents, SBCHC has made it its mission to provide health services to meet the needs of those in our service area population. SBCHC has made a positive impact in the target areas, resulting in improvements in the overall health of the community.
It is with financial support that we are able to fulfill our mission of serving our community. Continued support is needed as we expand to meet the needs of our patients. A donation to Spring Branch Community Health Center is an investment to this neighborhood. Building Healthy Families will lead to a Healthy Community.
SBCHC is always in need of volunteers. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please visit our Get Involved page for available opportunities or give us a call!
SBCHC is interested in all Community Events. To request our presence at your event, visit our Get Involved page. To request the mobile clinic visit our mobile clinic website or call our main telephone number.

Community Impact
Building Relationships
After 17 years of working within the Spring Branch community, SBCHC is seen as the leader in addressing the community's health disparities, especially those experienced by the uninsured and under-served.
Throughout 17 years SBCHC has strengthened its relationship with other agencies including Spring Branch ISD, Katy ISD, local hospital systems, small businesses, and community centers. There is no doubt that SBCHC is seen as an experienced health care entity in addressing the needs of the community but is also seen as a patient advocate for each individual seen in our facilities.
