Early Intervention Services
At Spring Branch Community Health Center, we seek to provide compassionate and confidential care to everyone in our area who needs help. That is why we launched our Early Intervention Services for those at risk for or living with HIV/AIDS. We have trained professionals on staff to help anyone who has been or might be exposed to HIV find out their status through testing, and to connect them to medicines, supplies, counselling and supportive services to help them in their unique situation, and ultimately to help end the HIV epidemic.
Available services include:
- Rapid HIV Testing
- Health Education for HIV
- Referrals to PrEP (PreExposure Prophylaxis - to prevent HIV infection for those at risk)
- Access to ART medications
- Free Safer Sex and Harm Reduction Kits
- Linkages to Additional Services
- Free walk-in testing appointments are available at our
- Hillendahl Clinic every Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm.
- Pitner Clinic every first Wednesday from 1 pm to 4 pm.
- West Houston Clinic every third Monday from 1 pm to 4 pm.
